New for 2025! These awards will be given to the top 10 highest sales achievers with a minimum $2.5 million dollar net total sales threshold. You may submit if you are an inside sales agent for an LHBA Member OR a Realtor working for an LHBA member (you will be asked to indicate on your submission).
Requirements
- Meet a minimum $2.5 million dollar (net) threshold.
- Total sales must be for LHBA member houses sold only
- Provide closing sale price (net) and address for each property that makes up the total
