Description
This award recognizes excellence in products and services of members by highlighting the Sub-Trade LHBA member company that sets the standard for the rest of the industry.
Sub-Trades are defined as companies that are actively working on-site within the project, supplying and installing labour as part of the construction process. This includes skilled trades such as framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, painting, and similar services directly involved in the build.
Requirements
Once the award submission deadline has passed, a survey will be sent to Builder and Renovator members for their completion.
A minimum of five completed surveys will be required to qualify each entry.
The results of the survey will be tabulated to determine the winners. Members may enter only one of the two categories (S2 Supplier of the Year or S3 Sub-Trade of the Year).
Entry is made by the Sub-trade member.
