This award highlights the renovation LHBA member company that sets the standard for the rest of the industry through its leadership in improving the overall image of the industry.
Entry is made by a Renovator member.
To submit for a renovation award, Renovators must be a CHBA Verified RenoMark Renovator (or currently working with CHBA to be verified).

To ensure equitable scoring for various sizes of companies, Community Service will be measured against the number of employees in your organization in two areas:
-Total donations divided by number of employees.
-Total Hours of Community Service divided by number of employees.
