This award highlights the home building LHBA member company that sets the standard for the rest of the industry through its leadership in improving the overall image of the industry.
Entry is made by a Builder member.
You must have entered at least three projects into the New Home Awards Category or LHBA Home of the Year Award to qualify.
18 Month Eligibility Period - 31 or more home occupancies between January 2025 - June 2026
To ensure equitable scoring for various sizes of companies, Community Service will be measured against the number of employees in your organization in two areas:
-Total donations divided by number of employees
-Total Hours of Community Service divided by number of employees
