S4 - Sales Achievement
Description
Sales Achievement Award will be presented to an individual with the highest score based on total dollar volume of sales, total number of units sold, and results from a customer satisfaction survey.
Requirements
Entry is made by a builder member. The person entered for the award, must be a full-time salesperson employed by, or contracted to, a builder member. “Full-time” means deriving at least two thirds of their income from new home sales. Team sales volume is not permitted.

Description
These awards are meant to recognize excellence in products and services of members by highlighting the supplier LHBA member company that sets the standard for the rest of the industry.
Requirements
Once the deadline of September 15th has passed, a survey will be sent to Builder and Renovator members for their completion. A minimum of five completed surveys will be required to qualify each entry. The results of the survey will be tabulated to determine the winners. Members may enter only one of the two categories (S5 Supplier of the Year or S6 Sub-Trade of the Year). Entry is made by the Supplier member.
Supplier - Member who supplies a product or service directly to the builder / renovator.
