These awards will be given to the top 10 highest sales achievers with a minimum $3.5 million dollar net total sales threshold. You may submit if you are an inside sales agent for an LHBA Member OR a Realtor working for an LHBA member (you will be asked to indicate on your submission). Recognition in this category will be given to the top 10 achievers and will be divided into two levels, the 1st - 5th highest sales achievers will be considered Gold while the 6th - 10th highest sales achievers will be considered Silver.
Requirements
- Meet a minimum $3.5 million dollar (net) threshold.
- Total sales must be for LHBA member houses sold only
- Provide closing sale price (net) and address for each property that makes up the total

Description
Jim Kennedy was passionate about the art and science of "Good Urban Design" and recognized its use and benefit to the London community. S2 - Supplier of the Year
Description
This award recognizes excellence in products and services of members by highlighting the supplier LHBA member company that sets the standard for the rest of the industry. For this award, suppliers are defined as companies that provide products or services supporting the homebuilding process, but are not directly responsible for on-site installation or labour within the home. This category includes, but is not limited to, material suppliers, staging companies, real estate professionals, financial institutions, insurance providers, engineering and architectural firms, and other professional service providers.
Requirements
Once the award submission deadline has passed, a survey will be sent to LHBA Builder and Renovator members for their completion.
A minimum of five completed surveys will be required to qualify each entry.
The results of the survey will be tabulated to determine the winners.
Members may enter only one of the two categories (S2 Supplier of the Year or S3 Sub-Trade of the Year).
Entry is made by the Supplier member.

This includes skilled trades such as framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, painting, and similar services directly involved in the build.
Requirements
Once the award submission deadline has passed, a survey will be sent to Builder and Renovator members for their completion.
A minimum of five completed surveys will be required to qualify each entry.
The results of the survey will be tabulated to determine the winners. Members may enter only one of the two categories (S2 Supplier of the Year or S3 Sub-Trade of the Year).

This award highlights the home building LHBA member company that sets the standard for the rest of the industry through its leadership in improving the overall image of the industry.
Entry is made by a Builder member.
You must have entered at least two projects in other award categories to qualify.
18 Month Eligibility Period - 5-30 home occupancies between January 2025 - June 2026
