Requirements
This award reflects the same category as CHBA.
It recognizes excellence in the architectural qualities of new homes that are designed and built to be affordable to those entering the housing market (e.g. marketing to first-time buyers, new Canadians, etc.) including overall exterior and interior design, use of building forms and materials, creative use of space, functionality of floor plan, and overall appeal to the entry-level home market. Homes entered into this category must have a list price that does not exceed the maximum list price for the lowest 20% of absorbed detached or attached dwellings (from CMHC data). They can be attached or detached homes. For the London CMA that price for 2024 was $850,000.

Description
This award recognizes excellence in products and services of members by highlighting the supplier LHBA member company that sets the standard for the rest of the industry.
Requirements
Once the deadline of July 31, 2025 has passed, a survey will be sent to Builder and Renovator members for their completion.
A minimum of five completed surveys will be required to qualify each entry.
The results of the survey will be tabulated to determine the winners.
Members may enter only one of the two categories (S2 Supplier of the Year or S3 Sub-Trade of the Year).
Entry is made by the Supplier member.
Supplier - Member who supplies a product or service directly to the builder / renovator.
